The journey takes Namara and his team to San Matanza, a Mexican border town where hundreds of women and children have been disappearing for dozens of years without a soul to bear witness. Conspiracy to implicate law enforcement? Human trafficking network? Ritual killings? While an impoverished population trembles in fear and confusion, Namara confronts the evil and unspeakable with a dignified intensity to find truth in the heart of the desert. It’s a battle between the Archangels of Heaven and the Demons of Hell, and perhaps, within the turmoil, he will finally discover the truth about himself.
