### Review
What a refreshing new romance by Clarissa Cartharn! Do not get me wrong, I am all for the run of the mill romance novels where you know straight from the start what is going to happen, no twists and turns. It's easy reading. This book however, made me wish that more authors would put some thought into there plots. Clarissa takes you on a journey of love, where around each corner there is a new angle that I would not have thought of. I also enjoyed the fact that it was not just another virgin with no real depth to her character- *Nadine Le roux ( Goodreads Reviewer)*
### From the Author
*"I sometimes feel sorry for you, Emma. You never knew what you had. You never realised what you could have had." * - Richard Winston
*As he rose, his eyes fell on her sleeping form*...* his eyes lowered to her waist. The Caesarean scar at her abdomen enraptured him. He put his finger to it and lightly caressed its callus tissue under his finger tips. His thumb accidentally brushed the soft flesh of her slim waist, tingling his synapses. She moved slightly and he stilled.*- Chris Cameron and Emma Winston* *
* *
*"Let me go!" she screamed.*
*"I wish I could," he smirked. "But you see, my grandmother won't have it any other way."*- Emma Winston and Chris Cameron
**Picking the Pieces of Winter's End**
If you're anything like the many people I know, then you'd fall into the category of those who wished they had at least confessed their feelings to the one person they thought was perfect for them. Most often than not, it doesn't happen that way and more often than not, they settle for another as a compromise.
But what if life threw back opportunities for you to have back that one moment you missed? Would you snap it up? And what if you've unknowingly grown from your first crush? What if your soul-mate comes knocking at your door but you're too stubborn to acknowledge him/her because you're still hung up on your first love?
