One con artist bride. One cocky ex-lover. One chance to sting a thief...
A reformed grifter, Renny O'Laughlin, thinks marriage will make an honest woman of her, but the day before her wedding, she discovers her employer has been duped. Her conscience demands she make things right--which means visiting her ex.
Playboy Conroy Burke never loses, but he lost Renny. When she tells him how his Gran was tricked, he sees a chance to win back his wildcard. It's a simple matter of setting up a swindler, avoiding inept kidnappers, and facing his nemesis--today.
Sass and sparks fly as one small detour becomes a madcap adventure and devolves into a life-threatening encounter with serious criminals. She's supposed to get married tomorrow, but maybe she'll go to jail--if she survives at all. Either way, Renny is never going to make it to the altar on time.
Hustled To The Altar is a fast-paced romantic comedy filled with engaging characters, heartfelt emotion, and enough twists to keep you hooked until the satisfying ending.

### Review
"This delightful novel is a whirlwind of action, humor, and romance... Readers looking for a lively, clever tale won't be disappointed." ~ Publisher's Weekly, Amazon ABNA 2013
### From the Author
Hustled To The Altar is one of my favourite books. It was a finalist in several prestigious contests (Golden Heart, American Title, Amazon Best Novel Award), even got me an agent at one point, but it was never picked up by publishers.
When I began to learn about indie-publishing, I knew this could be a good fit. It's a little different from my other fare, a little zanier, so I went through the process of publishing it myself.
I loved the concept of the original cover, which was a shell game of solo cups over a wedding cake topper sitting on a toy car. That image, to me, was a perfect reflection of the story, but I've always sensed readers weren't sure what they would be getting.
I've been to a lot of workshops since first hitting 'publish' on Hustled and some of the strongest advice has been to ensure the cover is the best it can be. So, in June of 2015, I gave Con and Renny a make-over.
This is the joy of indie-publishing! The freedom to make a change and see what comes of it is very exciting. If you'd like to drop me a line and tell me what you think, I'd love to hear from you. Please visit my contact page at danicollins.com to get in touch.
